Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes order confirmation, quality check, and packaging. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic email notification so you can track its progress.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any destination outside the United States. Please confirm your shipping address falls within our delivery area before placing an order.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is provided on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, with no minimum order value required.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is made up of two parts: processing time and transit time.
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Transit time: 3-5 business days (within the U.S.)
- Estimated total delivery time: approximately 4-8 business days
Delays may occasionally occur due to holiday peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and are happy to help track your order if needed.

Order Cutoff Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our return & shipping address located in the United States, so there’s no need to worry about international customs clearance or unexpected import fees (sales tax excluded, see below).

To avoid delays or returned packages, please double-check your shipping address, apartment/unit number, ZIP code, and contact phone number before completing checkout. If a delivery issue arises due to an incorrect address, we’ll do our best to assist, though it may require additional processing time.
