Overview
At Mytabmat, protecting your privacy and personal information is something we take seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it safe when you shop with us.
Data Security
Our website is protected by an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security certificate, which encrypts the connection between your browser and our servers. Any sensitive information you submit — including credit card numbers — is collected exclusively through SSL-secured pages, helping to protect your data from unauthorized access during transmission.
Information We Collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and payment details. This information is collected solely to process your orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience — it is not collected for any other primary purpose.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to fulfill and ship your orders, respond to customer service inquiries, send order-related updates, and maintain accurate account records. We do not use your personal information or any images you share with us for advertising purposes without first obtaining your consent.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your contact information to third parties. Your personal data may only be shared with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as payment processors and shipping carriers — solely for the purpose of completing your order, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for use by adults, or by users who have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information without appropriate guardian consent, we will take prompt technical and administrative steps to delete the data and prevent further collection.
By using this website, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using this website and our services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, or to request that your data be deleted, subject to any recordkeeping requirements we may have for order and tax purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date.
